Critical Error: Could not load class BIGTREE_CUSTOM_BASE_CLASS.

I just downloaded the beta, and tried to install it. I get the initial form to enter in my database info. Once I hit install, I get a page that is completely unstyled, but says it has installed correctly - and provided url's for the site and for the admin.

Once I go anywhere else, I get this error:
Critical Error: Could not load class BIGTREE_CUSTOM_BASE_CLASS.

Any ideas? Would love to try the CMS, but this does not bode well.

Re: Critical Error: Could not load class BIGTREE_CUSTOM_BASE_CLASS.

The unstyled page sounds like there is an .htaccess error (your host isn't allowing the .htaccess directives that route the CSS and images).

The BIGTREE_CUSTOM_BASE_CLASS issue sounds like /templates/config.php has had BIGTREE_CUSTOM_BASE_CLASS changed (it should be false in most cases unless you're extending the BigTreeCMS class).

What hosting provider are you attempting to install BigTree on?

We have been working through installation hiccups one at a time as we run into problems on previously untested host providers / server setups. It would be really valuable to us to know more about your setup so that we can trouble shoot the issue and either edit the installer or add host specific instructions to the installation documentation.
