Sorry for the delayed response! The module class cache looks in the appropriate directory based on the assigned extension column in the bigtree_modules table. If you move the extension from com.fastspot.form-builder to com.terra-it.tit-form you'll need to also update the extension column in bigtree_modules so it knows where to find the class file.

No worries about the late reply wink. The right extension link was already in 'extension column' in the bigtree_modules table. We created the extension on a different Bigtree installation, and later installed it on this one for testing. It worked on the one we created the extension in, but not in this one.

Hi Tim,

We have tried creating our own form builder (Needed some special use cases, creating our own was faster than extending). After we created the extension and installed it at a test installation of BigTree it said it couldn't find the Class. Then we tried moving the files back to the custom/inc/modules folder and then it worked. So what we want to know is how to use the Class when it's inside 'extensions/com.terra-it.tit-form/...'.

Can you help us? (Again wink )

Thanks.

Hi Tim,

We at Terra-IT are trying to extend the properties of a page to create a 'static page title'. We created a properties file in the 'custom/admin/modules/pages' folder and we copied the core properties file and added the field we wanted. We also created a new field for the static page title in the database. Now what we want to know is how and where the post variables are looped or added to the database. Because at this moment our static page title field is getting posted into the wrong variable.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Tim,

After the update to 4.2.13 when we create an Callout and try to add content to it the wysiwyg editor doesnt show properly anymore (can not add any content to it) and also the save button does not do anything anymore. To us it seems like an AJAX bug, but we are not sure. Before we try to fix anything ourselves, we'd like to know if this is a common issue with this new update so we can wait for a fix.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Timbuckingham,

We have some problems with creating new users beside the admin-user. Also updating the CMS didn't go well, we had to do it manually. Therefore I am asking if there is a solution for this kind of struggle. We thought it may be the setting for permissions. Because the new users we are creating do not come up on the userlist and also were not added in the database.

Can you please help us out?

Thankyou

Hi,

We at Terra-IT have been using Bigtree for a while now and are surprised by the quality of this CMS. For a client we are building a website now that needs to be in different languages (in the front-end) like Dutch, English and German. We have been looking in the developer guide and have some ideas for our selves on how to solve this problem the best way. But at this point we are asking ourselves if this has been done before and what is the best way to do this in Bigtree? Thank you.
